Krom Rethway was a flabby-necked Moff and member of the Moff Council. When Darth Caedus approached the Moff Council on Nickel One, he was one of many who wanted nothing to do with Caedus or the Galactic Alliance. His opinion would matter little however, as he was killed during the Second Battle of Roche by the Mandalorians sent to kill the Moff Council.
