Rheena Sul was a Padlom female, who, after a career as a bounty hunter, resided on the planet Janix as the owner of the casino The Mark and Claim and became one of Captain Brander Lawson's informants during the early Imperial Era. Lawson was acquainted with Sul and visited her between 17 BBY and around 13 BBY, for information on the Shadow Collective. Sul and Lawson undertook a mission on Catalor and ended up saving each other's life on Catalor.
Two years into the Imperial Era, Sul was visited by Lawson, who asked her about the Shadow Collective, which Sul told him it was a syndicate runned by a crime lord named Maul who based it on Mandalore and merged the Pyke Syndicate, Black Sun, and Crimson Dawn. Upon Lawson questions about Maul, Sul told him that he disappeared after the Clone Wars and the syndicates disbanded, probably happy he was gone but upon looking closer at Lawson, Sul realized Maul was on Janix, which made since to her since Looti Vario and Nico Deemis were missing, which Lawson concludes that the two made dealings with Maul that ended badly and out for revenge. Before Lawson left, Sul warned him that making deals with Maul is something to avoid, since she sleeps well knowing she never made a deal with Maul.
Brander came back to Sul's casino, with his son Rylee, along with a young Twi'lek and a elder Mosyk. Sul was helping one of her protocol droids and a Devlikk customer, when the four came and and Sul excused herself giving a drink from her astromech droid to the Devlikk customer. Asking what Lawson did now, he told her it was a long story before Sul took the four to her office. Once in her office, Sul activated her monitors of her security cameras outside and comments of Brander bringing his kid to the casino and questioned the other two, who unknown to her were Jedi, which Brander told her she doesn't want to know. Brander tells her they need transport offworld, but when she questioned where Eeko-Dio Daki adds somewhere where the Empire isn't but Sul says that is going to be difficult due to the Kouhun nest, being the recent trouble, that has stirred up, also adding there is heat on everyone right now. Brander assured her that he wouldn't come to her unless he was desperate, and Sul tried to see what she can do.
Through her comlink, Rul tries to find a transport offworld but Brander notices that TK stormtroopers are arriving at the casino. Sul tells the group to stay in her office but if things get messy they should run, opening a secret turbolift in her office. Attempting to stall, the Stormtrooper Commander ignore her and has a trooper detain her but Sul fights back, before running, which Brander, Rylee, and the Jedi escape but are seperated with Rylee being with Devon Izara and Brander with Daki.
After escaping the stormtroopers, Sul went dark for a little while but found a transport that could get them offworld. When she contacted Brander, she sends the location of where to meet, through the transmission, but tells him they leave in two hours. However, Rylee was captured by the stormtroopers, and ask Sul to give him more time, which Sul warns the transport is going to leave with or without him before switching off her comlink channel.
After getting Rylee out, with the aid of Brander's droid friend Two-Boots, the five stole a landspeeder and headed to the warehouse where Sul and her transport were at but as the five headed down the turbolift, Izara and Daki sensed something was wrong. Brander contacted Sul, where the Imperial forces and the Inquisitors got to her first. Sul managed to tip Brander he and the group were heading into a trap, but they couldn't stop the lift because the controls were overridden and the Jedi cut a hole to escape. Upon the two Inquisitors seeing the turbolift empty and a hole, Lieutenant Blake questions where the fugitives are, which Sul attacks Blake and the stormtroopers, managing to use one of their DC-15A blaster carbines before aiming at Blake but instead shot her transport ship's engines with her stolen blaster carbine, which caused the ship to explode that takes out Blake, several nearby stormtroopers, while Sul ducks behind several large crates but the explosion heads to the First Brother and Eleventh Brother.
