Ruug Quarnom

Ruug Quarnom was a Neimoidian female soldier who served as a commando in the Trade Federation Home Defense Legions and later the Neimoidian Royal Guard during the Clone Wars. Working alongside her fellow guardsman Ketar Nor, Quarnom was eventually assigned a role in providing aid to and investigating a bombing of the Cadesura district of Zarra, Cato Neimoidia's capital city in 22 BBY. During the mission, she collaborated with Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, all the while struggling with the frustrations of her partner toward the Galactic Republic, as well as her suspicions against the Separatist emmisary and Sith assassin, Asajj Ventress. After Ventress influenced Nor to a radical point and framed the bombing on Kenobi, Nor helped Kenobi escape alongside his Padawan, Anakin Skywalker—an act she would herself be imprisoned for afterward. Nonetheless, Kenobi and Skywalker eventually returned to Cato Neimoidia to free Quarnom from captivity.
