Teckla's family

The Naboo human Teckla Minnau had a family. Minnau, whose homeworld was the Mid Rim planet Naboo, had multiple children who lived with her on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, when Minnau was an aide to Senator Padmé Amidala of Naboo. Teckla's children lived in a district of Galactic City that had limited electricity and running water due to the war, which meant that they could only bathe fortnightly and had no light to study at nighttime. During a speech given to the Galactic Senate arguing against an increase in military spending in 21 BBY, Amidala described the struggles of Teckla's children. Teckla was later killed by the bounty hunter Embo during a mission to the planet Scipio in 19 BBY.
