The One (being)

The One was, by the time of the Imperial Era, one of the leaders of the droid civilization known as the Silentium. A fifty-kilometer droid capable of traversing galaxies and possessing an incredibly long lifespan, the One spearheaded the construction of Vuffi Raa, a new Silentium programmed to explore the galaxy and learn as much as he could about various cultures and civilizations. The One came to see Vuffi Raa as his own son, and in 3 BBY set out with the rest of his kind to bring the voyager home. The One tracked Vuffi Raa down in the ThonBoka nebula, in doing so disrupting a battle between the Galactic Empire and the native Oswaft.
