After initially claiming that a mouse droid would be easy to fix, the droidsmith quick discovered that the droid in quest had been modified. After mentioning the modification Vess shared that it had been modified by someone known as "The Toymaker". Realizing that they wouldn't be able to fix the modified droid they returned it to Vess and advised that they would need to find The Toymaker since he used non-standard parts in his droids. After the droidsmith shared the little more that they knew of the Toymaker, naming being that he was a Rodian who worked for the Galactic Empire, Vess departed.
