Battle of Lish 5

A battle took place at Lish 5 during the Galactic Civil War that saw Oracle Squadron of the Rebel Alliance take heavy casualties. During the battle, the combat effectiveness of starfighter pilot Mazeem Vugg was compromised by worry over the fate of fellow pilot Vollix, Vugg's lover.

Later, Oracle Leader Yihgo Ploc spoke with both pilots after the battle about the risks their relationship posed to the squadron. Vollix applied for a transfer to Renegade Squadron and was eventually killed in an ambush at Derra IV. New Republic Heritage Division historian Arhul Hextrophon later interviewed Vugg, who shared the story of the battle and its consequences on Oracle Squadron.
