Battle of Parein II 4
Canon Legends version → Linked from 5 articles
The Battle of Parein II 4 was fought on the fourth moon of the planet Parein II during the Clone Wars. During the battle, Jedi General Sannen led the Republic Military against the Separatist General Grievous and his forces, which included Grievous's IG-100 MagnaGuards. Putting them to their first real test, the MagnaGuards made their deadly debut during the battle, and the Republic's forces were utterly crushed. Grievous led his troops at the front. Sannen bravely tried to attack the cyborg directly, but he never got the chance; the Jedi was instead stabbed through his throat by the electrostaff of one of the MagnaGuards.
