The battle on Aq Vetina was a conflict during the time of the Clone Wars that saw the Confederacy of Independent Systems carry out an attack on Aq Vetina, a planet of humans. The civilians of the settlement were slaughtered by the droid forces of the Separatists, including B2-series super battle droids and HMP droid gunships. During the attack, a number of Mandalorian warriors of Death Watch intervened, fighting back against the battle droids. The young Din Djarin, whose parents were killed in the attack, was rescued by a Mandalorian warrior and taken in as a foundling. Djarin often thought back on the battle during his adult life.
