Star Wars: The Mandalorian: The Manga

Star Wars: The Mandalorian: The Manga is a manga adaptation of the television series Star Wars: The Mandalorian. It was written and illustrated by Yusuke Osawa and began serialization in Japan on May 25, 2022 in Big Gangan manga magazine. An English translation was licenced by Viz Media and released in late 2023. The final chapter of the first season released on October 25, 2024, however Osawa said that continuing the adaptation to Season Two was possible, based on how well the trade paperbacks sell. This was confirmed at Celebration Japan, which revealed that the new chapters would be written by Francesco Matteuzzi and Jacopo Silvestre, and illustrated by Cristian Polizzi. Osawa was disappointed that he was not asked to do the new volume. These chapters were only published in volume form, and not featured in Big Gangan.
