Capture of the Ataraxia

In 228 BBY, the Star Cruiser Ataraxia was captured from Lourna Dee by Jedi Master Keeve Trennis with support from Republic Defense Coalition and Hutt Clan forces. Following a battle on Ballum, in which Skarabda the Hutt learned that Dee killed her sister Myarga, Skarabda ordered Dee eliminated and entered an alliance with the Republic and Jedi. In the space above Ballum, Dee attempted to flee with the Ataraxia, which she named the Lourna Dee, as the combined forces pursued. Trennis managed to breach the Ataraxia hull, where she had to fight various droids sent by Dee. Meanwhile, RDC Commander Velko Jahen used the Longbeam cruiser Gios tractor beam to hold the Ataraxia in place. Dee countered this by straining the ship's engines and dumping crates filled with civilians into the path of the tractor beam, forcing Jahen to turn it off. Jedi Ai-Dan Yelooc used the Force to direct the loose crates of people into the Gios for medical care. Following a confrontation in the Ataraxia bridge, Trennis stunned Dee, captured her, and secured control of the Ataraxia. She was soon joined by Kotabi bond-twins Terec and Ceret on the ship to lead an unsanctioned rescue mission into the Nihil Occlusion Zone.
