Between 7 ABY and 9 ABY, New Republic ambassador Nadura and a group of New Republic Security Guards traveled to the planet Corvus to recruit the planet into the New Republic and force Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth to relinquish her control over the planet and its people.
After Morgan's refusal to relinquish control of the city, she ordered her guards to kill Nadura. A skirmish broke out, resulting in Nadura's entire escort being killed, as well as Morgan losing some of her forces. Ultimately, the ambassador managed to flee the city, but was shortly killed alongside R8-26 after Morgan's guards blew up her ship.
