Jerky was a type of food made from the dried and salted meat of various creatures, including mollusks, banthas, Ewoks and nunas. Mollusk jerky was considered a delicacy on the Inner Rim planet Pijal. Nuna Turkey Jerky and Pitmaster's Choice could be found on the Outer Rim Territories planet Batuu. On the planet Abafar, Ewok Jerky was served in the diner Power Sliders. Wyrg-jerky could be found on Akiva, an Outer Rim world.
