Kerkoidia Grains

Kerkoidia Grains was a vegetarian dish consisting of a bowl of steamed grains harvested from a grass that grew on the Expansion Region planet Kerkoidia. The grains were a vibrant blue and the dish was filling. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs created the dish after experimenting with different ways to cook the versatile grains during a culinary tour of the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY.

Tuggs then included the recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY. In the book, Tuggs described the dish as simple and said he preferred serving it with an entrée. He also used Kerkoidia Grains as a component of Byblos Squares, another dish included in the book.
