Orchid
Canon Legends version → Linked from 16 articles
Orchids were a type of colorful flower. The rain forest of Yavin 4 notably hosted a species of bioluminescent orchids. Orchids also grew in the jungles of the Outer Rim planet Akiva. The flowers could be kept in pots as decoration.
Queen Breha Organa of Alderaan planted Malastarian orchids and eventually her daughter Prince Leia Organa learned how to care for orchids so that they sent forth pale pink blooms.
