Uavin tree

An uavin tree was a type of tree found on the planet Siline that produced the protein-rich uavin fruit. When mature, the tree had thick roots and large trunk covered with thick furrows of glassy bark. The tree was also sometimes covered in a gray-blue uavin lichen.

Uavin trees were an important target for competitors in Siline's Crowning Convocation during the event's survival level, as the uavin fruit acted as a nutrient-rich food source. Older uavin trees, however, whose trunks had grown tall and whose fruit was out of reach for most beings, forced competitors to work together to obtain the fruit. This created opportunities for betrayal and thievery.
