Zand nut

The zand nut was a type of nut native to the Expansion Region planet Dorin, a world with a helium-rich atmosphere that was home to the Kel Dor species. A Kel Dor grew zand nuts in his orchard on Dorin and provided some of them and the fruit of his kand trees to the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs during Tuggs' culinary tour of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY. The chef then used the nuts to make Kand and Zand Rolls, a type of fragrant bread that he included the recipe for in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
