My Ar'krai

My Ar'krai was a book written by the Bothan politician Borsk Fey'lya sometime prior to his death in 27 ABY. At least part of the book was a highly critical look at Human contributions to galactic politics, including the view that Humans restricted the benefits of democracy to just themselves. The book shared its name with the Bothan concept of ar'krai, a declaration of total war that would not end until the enemy had been completely destroyed. Fey'lya's death during the Battle of Coruscant of the Yuuzhan Vong War, a conflict fought between the New Republic and the Yuuzhan Vong empire, inspired the Bothans to declare an ar'krai against the Yuuzhan Vong.
