Canon Linked from 1 article
Notice Prohibiting Publication #1310 was a file that related to The Last War Against the Galactic Empire: On Deployment with the New Republic Fleet, a work created by the historian Chalm Plesk while he was embedded with the New Republic Defense Fleet during the return of Grand Admiral Thrawn to the galaxy around 9 ABY. Despite the work being highly anticipated, several military figures barred its publication, and the work had still not been published by the time of Plesk's death in 34 ABY. The notice was stored in the "Military Intelligence" section of the New Republic Archives and was cited by the historian Beaumont Kin in his book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire in 35 ABY.
