Church of Infinite Perception

The Church of Infinite Perception was a rigid, fundamentalist religious organization of the planet Pergitor. The Church gained many new followers during the 15-year timespan where Pergitor's government had become liberal, taking advantage of the dissatisfied sentiment shared by many conservatives on the world. Launching a coup of its own in 22 BBY, just before the start of the Clone Wars, the Church killed thousands of Pergitorians, exiled the royal family and gained control establishing a fundamentalist theocratic dictatorship on the planet.
