The Hapan Royal Navy, also known as Hapan Fleets, Hapan Royal Fleet or the Consortium Navy, was the primary military forces of the Hapes Consortium, a matriarchal monarchy based in the Hapes Cluster of the Inner Rim.

Considering the Hapans's sterotypical self-importance, in contrast with the small size of their forces, the term "Hapan Fleet" was a pejorative proverbial expression within the Imperial Navy, deriding a command that never saw any action on the field.
