The Hapes Consortium was an organization that ruled the Hapes Cluster, which was a sector of hundreds of stars in the Inner Rim of the galaxy, including Hapes. The Consortium manufactured exotic starship components, some of which were used by Chelli Aphra to repair and enhance the Ark Angel.
