Clan Ilya

Clan Ilya was a Bothan clan that colonized the planet Kothlis.

Ilya was the smallest of the three, after Balya and Alya, and was chosen for the colonization owing to its galactic business ventures, bringing along their portfolios of business and trade contacts. During the development of the colony, Ilya attracted most of the off-world corportations that came to Kothlis.

Being one of the founding clans, Ilya members could occupy positions in the Bothan Colonial Board of Kothlis, and one additional member represented the clan.

After most of Alya's population left the planet to join the Rebel Alliance, Ilya became the second largest clan on the planet.
