At some point around 3622 BBY, the research vessel known as the Jannimak mysteriously crashed from an unknown origin onto an unoccupied farmland on the planet Dantooine. The crash caused the ship's systems to behave erratically, leading to the expansion of three of its biomes the ship was sustaining. As a result, the local area was flooded with flora and fauna, altering Dantooine's native environment.
