Rematching dinner

Rematching dinners were formal dinners undertaken by families of the Chiss species recognizing the acceptance of individuals from other families into the family performing the dinner. That process, known as rematching, was a means of Chiss joining other families as merit adoptives, Trial-borns, or in some cases even ranking distants.

Kivu'raw'nuru would attend a Mitth welcoming ceremony where they held a rematching dinner at the event.
