The Palace of Piethet Brighteyes was a legendary treasure ship that disappeared centuries before the Galactic Civil War.
In 13 ABY, during a covert operation conducted by Wraith Squadron, a New Republic commando unit, on the planet Ryvester, Wraith leader Garik Loran went undercover as Captain Hachat. Meeting with Imperial Admiral Kosh Teradoc at a club, he falsely claimed to have discovered the vessel intact and offered to divide its treasure with Teradoc in exchange for the admiral's assistance in disabling the vessel's security defenses.
