Ansett Island was an island located on the planet Epo within the Outer Rim Territories. At some point between approximately 10 ABY and 33 ABY, the First Order was involved in the Battle of Ansett Island there. During the battle, Company 77 of First Order stormtroopers—a training unit filled with teenaged troopers—was ordered to kill a group of civilians. The entire company refused to carry out the order and subsequently deserted, escaping aboard a cruiser that members of the company took offworld.
