Blue water

The blue water was an oasis found in a desert on the celestial body on which the Phantidean species conducted a sacred pilgrimage to end their life cycle. During the High Republic Era, Phantideans would embark on the pilgrimage to deliver their elders to the blue water. There, the elders would wade into the water and pass on into the Cosmic Force. Due to the high spiritual importance of their pilgrimage and their cultural dedication to pacifism, the Phantideans were joined by Jedi to defend them from the desert's many predators as they journeyed to the blue water. Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh's memory of joining the pilgrimage to the blue water as a Padawan stuck with her and guided her into the climax of the Nihil conflict.
