Mother Jungle

The Mother Jungle was the vast rain forest ecosystem that covered the surface of the planet Ithor. The native Ithorians considered it most sacred, and forbade to set foot within it. Their reverence, however, left the Mother Jungle vulnerable to exploitation. By the time of the New Republic, the Sector Rangers suspected the existence of a rogue Ithorian organization offering big game hunting expeditions. The Dowutin mercenary Grummgar once took part in one such expedition.
