The Phelar University Archive was a vast collection of artifacts located on the Phelar University campus. Only accredited scholars could enter the Archive, and all those who did received an orientation from Eren Garai, an undercover Imperial Security Bureau agent who searched for "subversive" activity on the university's campus.
The Archive was located in the newest of Phelar University's buildings, a tower that some considered to be ugly. They covered over one hundred stories.
