Phelar University

Phelar University was a university in Phelar, a city on the planet Eriadu. The university was known for the Phelar University Archive, which contained a vast number of historic artifacts. The Imperial Security Bureau assigned an agent, Eren Garai, to the university, where he watched for "subversive activity."

The university campus contained over a dozen major buildings. The newest of the buildings was a tower that contained the Archives. Student housing surrounded the main buildings, and pathways were lit with streetlamps. Because of the city's smog, the lights were kept on during both day and night.
