A bistro was located on Naporar. Around 37 BBY Aristocra Mitth'ras'safis set up a meeting in the bistro with Lieutenant Mitth'raw'nuru. Senior Aide Stybla'ppin'cykok joined their meeting uninvited in order to offer Thrawn a position in the Stybla family, but before Thrawn arrived Thrass claimed friendship with the young officer and Lappincyk chose not to make the attempt to rematch Thrawn away from the Mitth family after all.
