Athiss was a terrestrial astronomical object located in the Outer Rim Territories and the New Territories' Athiss system, which was in the Sith Worlds portion of the Esstran sector. It was situated in grid square R-4 of the Standard Galactic Grid. Following the Battle of Kur in 232 BBY, the Reekrider Cartel sent a shipment of the recreational reedug drug to Athiss, though it was seized before its arrival by a Nihil Strike of Tempest Runner Pan Eyta's Tempest. In 231 BBY, Tempest Runner Lourna Dee thought about Eyta's Tempest's seizure of the Reekrider Cartel's shipment to the celestial body.
