Bellassa was a world located in the Bellassa system of the Core Worlds. It was situated within grid square M-11 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The Hydian Way super-hyperroute connected Bellassa to the planets Exodeen and Fedalle. Bellassa shared its name with the Bellassan pepper and the Bellassan Galaxy Petitionists rebel group.
Around 9 ABY, the crew of the Onyx Cinder starship traveled to the Observatory Moon to ask the astronomer Kh'ymm for assistance with finding the lost planet At Attin. While Kh'ymm searched her archive for potential locations of At Attin, Bellassa was one of multiple locations that was listed on her computer's screen in the Aurebesh script. In 34 ABY, Chandrila Star Line's Star Cruiser Halcyon passed by Bellassa on a cruise from the Core Worlds' Chandrila system to the Outer Rim Territories. Several screens aboard the starship displayed a partial map of the galaxy that indicated Bellassa's position.
