Chandar's Folly was a planet located in the Saijo sector in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. During or before the time of the High Republic, the Jedi Knight Te'Ami attended a rodeo on Chandar's Folly. In 14 BBY, Darth Vader requested that Governor Wilhuff Tarkin and nineteen other hunters come to Chandar's Folly try to challenge or even kill the Sith Lord. After ten days on the planet, Vader had killed all nineteen hunters, and only Tarkin remained.
