Forrn was a world located in the Forrn system within the Mid Rim Territories' Xan sector. The world was ruled by Empress Eliaora by 4 ABY. At one point, the Princess Leia Organa visited Forrn and established a connection with Eliaora.
That year, knowing Forrn had a moon with deposits of the energy-rich material carnium, Organa reached out to the world in the hopes they would side with the forming New Republic. The princess was reasonably confident she could convince Forrn to side with the Republic due to her connection with the empress.
