Katarr was an astronomical object that was the homeworld of the sentient Reeman species, located in the Katarr system in the Vensori sector of the Mid Rim Territories. During the attack on the prison ship Restitution by Pan Eyta, former Tempest Runner of the Nihil marauders, in 231 BBY, imprisoned Tempest Runner Lourna Dee identified one of the attackers as a Reeman from Katarr, having previously worked with one. Katarr also shared its name with the Katarr adumbrature, a text that Jedi Padawan Qui-Gon Jinn assisted the Jedi Master and seer Oorallon with studying around 58 BBY.
