Nimban
Canon Legends version → Linked from 11 articles
Nimban was a terrestrial planet located in the Nimban system, a part of the Hutt Space portion of the Slice. Situated in grid square S-10 of the Standard Galactic Grid, it was linked by the Pabol Sleheyron hyperspace route to the Chalacta and Sleheyron systems.
Nimban was the homeworld of the sentient Nimbanel species, including Mosep Binneed, a servant of the Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure. At some point, Nimbanel was mentioned in an entry of an artist's journal dedicated to the Nimbanels. The entry was included in a section of the work describing sentient species that originated in dry habitats. The journal was restored, expanded, and displayed at the Graf Archive at some point no earlier than 34 ABY.
