Sanctuary

Sanctuary was an astronomical object located in the Slice portion of the Outer Rim Territories. By 2 BBY, it was a safe world of an organized rebellion against the Galactic Empire secretly led by Senator Mon Mothma. Such status was noted on a map of the galaxy that marked the various rebel safe worlds, starfighter hubs at level five or higher, rebel operations headquarters, and shadow planets with deep space caches. First sent to Mothma in 2 BBY, the map eventually fell into the hands of archivist Hendri Underholt, who put it into their compilation of non-electronic documents known as The Rebel Files.
