Toloran was the Tolo homeworld, located in the Panto system along with Pantolomin. A winter wonderland that attracted tourists, it was also inhabited by ice dragons. It was far enough away from its sun that it had a cold climate. Like all locations in the system, it was dedicated to tourism and entertainment. Mountaintop resorts let clientele enjoy winter activities such as repulsor skiing, hover sledding, and wilderness survival camps. Tourists could also travel on the Snow Nara ice barge through ice floes and on hunting expeditions for ice dragons.
