The second sun of the Outer Rim's Trymant system was one component of the binary star that the system's planet, Trymant IV, and its moons orbited. When an Emergence of the Great Hyperspace Disaster occurred in the system in 232 BBY, Praknat 3, Trymant IV's closest moon, was struck by a piece of the freighter Legacy Run main hull, changing the gravitational balance of the entire system and tilting Trymant IV closer to the second sun. As a result, all of its aboveground water sources were vaporized, turning it into a desert.
