Zebitrope IV was a terrestrial planet located in the Zebitrope system, a part of the Centrality sector in the Slice portion of the Outer Rim Territories. It occupied the fourth orbital position in its star system, which was connected to the Cadma system via the Cadma Conduit hyperlane.
A world of rolling savannas and oceans, Zebitrope IV was the homeworld of a rare species of lizard that could also be found on the planet Zebitrope VIII. The lizards had a symbiotic relationship with a type of mold that only grew on the reptiles' backs. The Zebitrope IV lizard species also had a mutually beneficial relationship with an unusual type of spongy growth that nurtured the reptiles and offered them concealment. The mold growing on the lizards was the only source of the valuable and illegal drug lesai, which was exported to the wider galaxy by smugglers.
