Lamproids were a carnivorous sentient, serpentine species that were native to Florn. They were well adapted to the dangerous environment of their homeworld, protecting themselves against dangerous lifeforms with their teeth, serpentine coils, and venomous tails. They were aggressive, and with no obvious culture or creative pursuits, they were often mistaken to be non-sentient. Dice Ibegon, a patron of Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, was a member of this species.
