Lesser leaf viper

The lesser leaf viper was a type of viper native to the location Baran-Bai. It was both smaller and significantly deadlier than its cousin, the elder viper. In 134 BBY, during the dueling tournament of the Crowning Convocation coming-of-age ritual on the planet Siline, Jedi Padawan Jecki Lon's opponent noted her small size. Lon responded by comparing herself to a lesser leaf viper, mentioning its deadliness and size relative to an elder viper, and also adding that it appeared to be no more interesting than a rock worm.
