Plague fly

Plague flies were a type of fly. In 229 BBY, Jedi Master Avar Kriss was aboard a transport piloted by the Ugnaught Belin that was trying to evade a swarm of the Nihil marauders' scav droids in an asteroid belt in the Prandril system. When Kriss saw the scav droids coming around the far side of the asteroid belt, she mentally compared the way they swooped and shifted their direction to a vast cloud of plague flies.
