The Explorator was a Dreadnought-class heavy cruiser under the command of Commodore Visler Aqorian Korda III of the Galactic Empire. The Explorator was shot down during the Battle of Jakku, killing Commodore Korda. Many years later, a mission to the Explorator was undertaken by scavengers and several Resistance members to retrieve the contents of its vault.
