Glie-44 blaster pistol

The Glie-44 blaster pistol was a blaster pistol manufactured by Eirriss Ryloth Defense Tech and named after Twi'lek freedom fighter Gobi Glie. The blaster had a lightweight, rugged construction. The pistol had a power cartridge as ammunition and a reactant gas port cap in its stock. General Leia Organa also used the Glie-44 as she preferred compact hand weapons.

Susaut Volupicite carried a Glie-44 during his time on Vandor. Many Resistance members, including General Organa and the pilots Poe Dameron, Ello Asty, and many others used this pistol. Jarek Yeager had a Glie-44 with a scope on the top. The defected First Order stormtrooper Finn used one as a sidearm during his mission to Canto Bight, on a mission for Horizon Base, and a mission to Kijimi. Finn also used his sidearm on the Steadfast when Armitage Hux, who had betrayed the First Order to help the Resistance, demanded that he shoot him in the arm in order to verify his cover story. However, Finn used his blaster pistol to shoot him in the thigh instead.
