Greatcoat

An overcoat or greatcoat was a long, heavy coat worn over outer clothing. At the time of Pell Baylo's military training, greatcoats were part of the Galactic Empire's dress attire for their officers. Decades later, the parade uniforms of the First Order's military also included a heavy gaberwool greatcoat. During the Clone Wars, the famous Duros bounty hunter Cad Bane often wore a greatcoat. The rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra also wore overcoats as a part of her regular attire. The crime lord Juam often wore a vest-like sleevless black overcoat.
