An Impulse Converter was a component used in Crozo Industrial Products' At-cyb husher mike. The component was located in the part of the implant that was surgically implanted into an individual's throat near the larynx. It worked alongside the Vibration Chamber, Vibration Meter, and Vocalizer Transmitter to transmit subvocalized messages.
