A Vocalizer Transmitter was a component used in Crozo Industrial Products' At-cyb husher mike. The component was located in the part of the implant that was surgically implanted into an individual's throat near the larynx. It worked alongside the Vibration Meter, Vibration Chamber, and Impulse Convertor to transmit subvocalized messages.
